That is Calsbad Raceway, middle of the drag strip about 100 yards from the DragStrip starting line, probably taken during the Superbikers weekend

I am thinking this picture was taken at Carsbad where I watched Danny spank everyone and anyone near him on numerious different occasions.

The guy was without a doubt the wildest most entertaining, and fastest guy I had ever witnessed race a motorcycle. Nothing but pure talent !!
